Kristen Escobar, NP

Kristen Escober, NP is an AANP board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in general gastroenterology. She earned her advanced practice degree from University of Cincinnati in 2024. Before transitioning to advanced practice, she spent 18 years as a critical care nurse in the emergency room and at an outpatient surgery center. Her background in both settings has equipped her with the skills to manage a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders, including GERD, motility disorders, IBD, and disorders of the gut-brain axis. She grew up on the central coast. Enjoys spending time with family traveling and exploring. Other interests include playing tennis, hiking and the beach. “My care philosophy is holistic, patient centered care focusing on the individual's physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
