Merla Sierra, FNP-C

Merla Sierra, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She is dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based care that respects each patient’s unique background and health goals. Merla believes in shared decision-making and cultural humility, ensuring every patient feels heard, respected, and empowered as an active participant in their own healthcare journey. She finds the most rewarding aspect of her role to be building meaningful, long-term relationships with her patients and supporting them as they achieve their health milestones. Outside of the clinic, Merla enjoys spending time with her family and participating in marathons, HYROX and Spartan races.
