Zach VandeGriend, MD

It’s how I treat friends and family." ~ Zachary VandeGriend, MD Dr. VandeGriend grew up in Oregon. After graduating Cum Laude at Willamette University where he was an all-conference pitcher, received his medical degree from Loma Linda University, graduating with Alpha Omega Alpha honors. He then went on to complete residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan followed by additional fellowship training in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the prestigious Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York. Dr. VandeGriend is board certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He practiced in Santa Maria for 9 years before moving his family to Greensboro, North Carolina and working there for a couple of years before moving back home to the Central Coast. Away from work he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids as well as international travel. Dr. VandeGriend is excited to bring up-to-date solutions for all aspect of ENT with expertise in facial plastic surgery as well as nasal and sinus disease.
