Zachary S. Ortiz, MD

Zach is a dedicated, evidence-based provider with experience treating a wide array of health issues including adolescent care, sports medicine, dermatology, and chronic illness management. He prioritizes listening and learning about patients' perceptions of their health, offering education and reassurance to help guide their health choices. Zach takes to the outdoor whenever possible to stay healthy, running, playing basketball, golfing, and fly fishing. He is also fluent in Spanish. He graduated from the Banner - University Medical Center Phoenix Family Medicine Residency program.
