Visitors to inpatient units must show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or proof of receiving a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of their visit. All COVID-19 tests that include the date/time and results will be accepted. Antibody tests will not.

  • Visitors must bring their test results with them for the visit. This hospital is unable to provide COVID-19 testing for individuals when they arrive for their visit.
