Alexis Rounds, MD

Born and raised in Arizona, I'm passionate about providing exceptional orthopedic care to patients of all ages in my home state. My subspecialty training in sports medicine and arthroscopy focused on pediatric and professional athletes including serving as the Assistant Team Physician for the University of Utah's nationally-ranked gymnastics and football teams. I am proud to be the first female orthopedic surgeon in Prescott, bringing a unique perspective that strengthens the care we provide. As a former nationally competitive gymnast and now a mom, I believe everyone is an athlete in their own way – whether playing sports, working a physically demanding job, or simply wanting to stay mobile, my goal is to help my patients move with confidence and without pain. I take a collaborative, team-based approach to care, blending surgical and non-surgical treatments with a focus on prevention, recovery, and long-term function. I am committed to combining clinical excellence with compassion, helping each patient overcome setbacks, build resilience, and confidently return to the activities that matter most to them.
