Our West Flamingo neighborhood ER is open 24/7, 365 days a year, offering high-quality care in a smaller, more convenient setting. With resources like easy bill pay and convenient patient portal tools, we make it simple to manage your care.
We accept many major insurance plans. Emergency care is provided regardless of your ability to pay or whether you have insurance, and financial assistance options may be available.
The ER is for serious or life-threatening conditions like chest pain, stroke symptoms, difficulty breathing, severe injuries or uncontrollable bleeding. For less severe issues like minor cuts, sprains or colds, urgent care may be more appropriate. If you think you may be experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately.
When you arrive at the emergency department, we use a process called triage. This helps us quickly assess everyone's condition and identify those with the most urgent needs so we can treat them in the correct order.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll speak with a nurse who will assess your needs and help ensure you receive the most appropriate care as quickly as possible. Patients with life-threatening conditions, like a heart attack or severe injury, will be prioritized for immediate care.
Most of our patients go home the same day. However, if your condition requires overnight observation or ongoing critical care, we will arrange a smooth transfer to a specialty hospital that can provide the specific care you need.
Blood tests are common medical procedures that help your doctor check your overall health, diagnose certain diseases or conditions, and see how well existing treatments are working. They can provide important information about your organs and body functions.
We offer a range of imaging services, including X-rays, CT scans and ultrasounds. These tools help our doctors see inside your body to understand your condition and plan the best treatment.
If you have a broken bone, our team can help. We can perform bone setting, which means carefully repositioning the bone without surgery. We also offer bone splinting to stabilize the injury and provide support while you get more advanced treatment.
Bring a photo ID, insurance card, a list of medications and any relevant medical records, if available. You may also bring someone who can help provide information about your condition.
