Our maternity services include prenatal testing, high-risk pregnancy support and 24/7 obstetric care. After delivery, our team helps you recover after birth and bond with your baby. We also offer breastfeeding support to help you successfully feed your child.
In our Level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), neonatologists provide advanced services to help premature and critically ill newborns grow and develop. Before leaving the NICU, our compassionate staff helps you feel confident caring for your baby and provides personalized guidance for at-home care.

Yes, our perinatologists have specialized training to care for women with high-risk pregnancies. Our labor and delivery rooms, surgical suites and Level III NICU feature advanced equipment to handle emergencies and support your and your baby's health.
If you are at least 20 weeks pregnant and have cramping or labor pains, please bring these items to the OB triage:

Your baby receives holistic care focused on their growth and healing. Having a baby in the NICU can be difficult for families. Our team helps you care for your baby and provides emotional and spiritual support before, during and after a NICU stay.
Our team of neonatologists, nurses, respiratory therapists, physical therapists and social workers helps you and your baby prepare to leave the NICU and provides personalized guidance on in-home care.
During vaginal deliveries, two healthy support people over 18 can stay with you during labor.
If you are having a cesarean birth, one healthy support person over 18 can stay with you during the procedure.
After delivery, one healthy support person over 18 can stay with you overnight.
Your baby’s safety is important to us. After your baby is born, they wear a special security bracelet. The bracelet triggers an alarm if someone moves your baby from a secured area.
Yes. At Glendale Memorial Hospital, we keep mothers and babies together during the hospital stay to encourage bonding opportunities. Skin-to-skin bonding often:
