Working in concert with CommonSpirit Health employees and physicians, Rich works to anticipate emerging trends and technologies with the goal of incubating, studying, and scaling efforts to improve care.
Rich holds a Masters degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelors degree in Public Health from West Chester University. Rich regularly advises venture capital organizations and co-manages CommonSpirit Health’s Strategic Investment Fund. In 2020, he was named one of the 25 Most Innovative Individuals in the health industry by Modern Healthcare.

Lisa Zuckerman is responsible for management of CommonSpirit’s $30 billion investment portfolio, $15 billion debt portfolio, capital structure, cash and working capital management, and investor relations.

Lisa Zuckerman is responsible for management of CommonSpirit’s $30 billion investment portfolio, $15 billion debt portfolio, capital structure, cash and working capital management, and investor relations.
Lisa co-manages CommonSpirit Health’s Strategic Investment Fund and also supports diversified growth initiatives, selected M & A projects, and CommonSpirit’s ESG reporting initiative. Lisa joined Dignity Health (one of CommonSpirit’s predecessor organizations) in 2006.
Lisa is a member of the Investment Subcommittee of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, and serves on the LP Advisory Committees of Town Hall Ventures, Generation Investment Management’s Climate Solutions Fund II and Sustainable Solutions Fund III, and Beeken, Petty O’Keefe Fund IV. She previously served on the Board and Audit Committee of Concentra, Inc., the nation’s largest occupational health company, on the Board of Optum360, and as a Trustee of the Schools of the Sacred Heart in San Francisco.
Prior to joining Dignity Health, Lisa spent ten years at Standard & Poor’s Corporation as a director and health care sector leader for the western region. Before joining S&P, Lisa worked as a budget analyst for the City and County of San Francisco, and as an analyst in public and corporate finance with major investment banking firms. Lisa holds a Master’s in Public Policy from U.C. Berkeley and a B.A. from Harvard University.

She is passionate about leveraging innovation and investments for the triple aim of reducing cost, improving quality, and increasing access to Health care.

Anuradhika is the System Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at CommonSpirit Health and focuses her time on Strategic Investment Fund and other Innovation efforts. She is passionate about leveraging innovation and investments for the triple aim of reducing cost, improving quality, and increasing access to Health care.
She is a multi-faceted leader with a diverse background in strategy, operations and health care startups, with 15+ years of experience in leading partnerships, catalyzing revenue growth and scaling innovative solutions and business functions from ground up.
Anuradhika holds a Masters degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Washington, Seattle. She is also a trained pharmacist from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, India, and is a certified Lean leader. In her free time, Anuradhika is keen to support inclusion and women empowerment and has held board positions with organizations such as King County Sexual Assault Resource Center.
