Vestibular rehabilitation therapy (VRT) is a specialized physical therapy approach designed to alleviate dizziness and enhance balance. It addresses issues stemming from the vestibular system, the inner ear component crucial for balance. Through targeted exercises and techniques, VRT aims to help the brain and body adapt and overcome vestibular imbalances.

Imbalance or disequilibrium headaches
Decreased strength and endurance
Meniere’s syndrome
BPPV, otolith dysfunction
Bilateral & unilateral vestibular dysfunctions
