Our patient portals make it easy to view your health records, test results, and care plans—all from the comfort of your home.

If you’ve received care at one of our hospitals or outpatient clinics, you can access your information by selecting the appropriate portal below. To sign up, you’ll need your medical record number, which can be found on your discharge paperwork.

My Health Portal

My Health Portal is a patient portal available for patients of the following St. Joseph Health facilities:

• Regional Hospital
• College Station Hospital (for visits after June 15, 2020)
• Madison Hospital
• Burleson Hospital
• Grimes Hospital
• Cardiovascular Surgery of Brazos Valley

Prefer using a different app?

You may use another application to access your health information. To do so, you will need to first set up a My Health Portal account. St. Joseph Health currently supports the following third-party applications:

• MyLinks app
• mHealth app: Download from Google Play or Apple App stores on Apple iOS (min version 10) or Android (min version 5)
