CommonSpirit Memorial Hospital North Georgia

CHI Memorial is expanding its commitment to North Georgia with the opening of CommonSpirit Memorial Hospital North Georgia on January 11, 2026. Conveniently located near I-75, this new 135,000 square-foot facility will offer comprehensive imaging, cardiac diagnostics and cancer care. The modern facility includes 64 inpatient beds (including an ICU), a 24-bed emergency department and five operating rooms. Serving Catoosa, Walker, Dade and surrounding counties, the hospital will create a unified campus within the existing CHI Memorial Parkway building and Rees Skillern Cancer Institute, bringing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care closer to home. For over 25 years, we have been dedicated to the health of North Georgia, and this new hospital represents a significant step in providing accessible, high-quality health care for our community.
