CHICAGO — Dec. 16, 2025 – Eleven CommonSpirit Health hospitals in five states have been named Top Hospitals by Leapfrog Group.
To be named a Top Hospital, a facility must have earned an “A” grade in the latest Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grades and demonstrate excellent patient safety, including systems to prevent medication errors, outstanding maternity care, and lower infection rates.

In addition to this Top Hospital recognition, 86 percent of eligible CommonSpirit hospitals earned an ‘A’ or ‘B’ grade in The Leapfrog Group’s Fall 2025 Hospital Safety Report.
