We’re launching an enhanced CommonSpirit Patient Portal on October 31 to make it easier than ever to access your health information and manage your care.

This update is an important step toward a unified patient portal for all CommonSpirit Health locations, so you have access to your records and appointments no matter which CommonSpirit location you visit. 

The patient portal you use to access your health information is changing, but your care is not. You will still receive care from the same trusted care team. 

Starting October 31, you will need to begin using the enhanced CommonSpirit Patient Portal to manage your healthcare online. Select your care location below to get started.

After October 31, messages about your care will come from CommonSpirit. Please pay attention to these messages as they are from the same care team and providers you know and trust.

The new patient portal is designed to save you time, make managing your health easier, and give you more control over your care. 

New features include:

  • Online Bill Payment: Securely view and pay your medical bills in one place for care received after October 31.

    • For care received before October 31, please continue to use your current method to pay those bills. You can find out more by visiting the link to your care location page.

  • Save time at Urgent Care and the ED: Let us know you are on your way. This isn’t an appointment, but it helps our front desk and care teams better understand your needs before you arrive.

  • Get an appointment sooner: Join our digital waitlist to be notified if an earlier appointment becomes available.

  • Message your care team: Stay in touch with your doctors and care team.

  • Easy scheduling: Quickly make, reschedule, or cancel your appointments.

  • Pharmacy access: Conveniently manage your prescriptions with our pharmacy.

  • Access anytime, any place: Stay connected to your health information across all our locations.
