During your visit or after scheduling an appointment, you may receive an email invitation from Dignity Health (no-reply@commonspirit.org) to join My Portal. Follow the instructions in the email to create your account, then sign in using your email and password. If you already have a My Portal account, you may also download the My Portal mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play

Why am I getting a “400 Bad Request” error when I try logging into My Portal by Dignity Health?
My Portal uses different access links based on your care location. This error typically occurs when you try to access My Portal using a link that does not match the region where you receive care. If you select the incorrect regional link, the login attempt will fail and may display a “400 Bad Request” error.
