Getting started
During your visit or after scheduling an appointment, you may receive an email invitation from Dignity Health (no-reply@commonspirit.org) to join My Portal. Follow the instructions in the email to create your account, then sign in using your email and password. You can also download the My Portal mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

If you didn’t receive an email after your visit, ask our staff for help signing up for portal access. For medical records questions, contact your doctor’s office or hospital’s Health Information Management (HIM) department. Need technical assistance? Call technical support at (844) 274-8497.
