Your oncologist collaborates with a multidisciplinary care team that may include medical oncologists, radiation oncologists and surgeons. Their goal is to provide personalized cancer care while supporting physical, emotional and spiritual health.

At our Community Infusion Center, you receive care from a highly trained staff dedicated to your comfort and well-being. Our specialized services include:

• Comprehensive IV treatments and procedures, such as daily IV antibiotic therapy

Our experienced nurses are experts in drug infusion therapy, holding specialized certifications in oncology and cancer treatment. We are committed to creating a supportive and comfortable environment for every patient throughout your visit.

We understand the importance of caring for the whole person throughout their cancer journey. Our holistic approach includes support and survivorship services, such as:

Support services are an important part of comprehensive cancer care and are available to both patients and their families.

Our dedicated oncology nurse navigators are specialized nurses who help guide you through cancer treatment. Think of them as your direct link to your doctor and care team. They partner with you from diagnosis through treatment and recovery. To access our oncology nurse navigators, please ask your physician for a referral.

Our Patient Medication Assistance Program (PMAP) connects patients with a liaison for support with high-cost infusion medications. We help patients find and enroll in manufacturer medication assistance programs, such as copay assistance, when available. These programs may lower out-of-pocket prescription costs. The front desk staff at our infusion center can connect you with a PMAP liaison.

Referral requirements depend on your health insurance plan. Some insurance plans in California require a referral from a primary care doctor, while others allow you to schedule an oncology appointment directly. It’s important to check with your insurance provider before your visit.
