Cardiac rehabilitation is a supervised program of exercise and education that helps patients recover after heart surgery, a heart attack or other cardiac events. Our interdisciplinary team works with your physician to create a personalized care plan that supports fitness, strength, risk factor reduction and lifestyle changes. Sessions include monitored exercise, nutrition education and guidance for long-term heart health. The goal is to help patients return to daily life as safely and confidently as possible.
Please call (209) 754-2516 for more information or explore our cardiac rehabilitation services.
We work with local nonprofits and service organizations to better understand and support the community’s health needs. Based on the findings of our Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), we develop an implementation strategy to address the most significant health needs identified.
We support the health of all patients regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity and expression. We also understand the unique health needs of the LGBTQ+ community and strive to provide quality, inclusive, culturally competent care. Our hospital has been recognized as an LGBTQ+ Healthcare Equality High Performer in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Healthcare Equality Index for the compassionate care we provide.
