Dignity Health Medical Group Pediatrics – St. Joseph’s has provided compassionate pediatric care to our Phoenix community for over 55 years. Our board-certified physicians and skilled clinical staff care for newborns, infants, children and adolescents in our outpatient pediatric clinic. We offer well-child visits and treatment for conditions ranging from colds and flu to asthma and other chronic illnesses.
We are part of St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center and also partner with Phoenix Children’s Hospital to give your child the best possible start to life. We’re here to support you and your child’s health and development at every age.

Our pediatricians offer comprehensive care for babies, children and adolescents, including asthma counseling, breastfeeding support, developmental screening and testing, general well checks, sport physicians and immunizations.

Well-baby and well-child care refer to routine doctor visits for comprehensive preventive health services for babies and annual visits until a child reaches age 21. Services include physical exam and measurements, vision and hearing screening, and oral health risk assessments.
Our asthma counselor and physician thoroughly assess your child, administer spirometry testing, review asthma triggers and show you how to use asthma medications. We provide a treatment plan and an action plan to ensure medications are given as prescribed. We also teach you and your child when and how to treat an asthma flare-up.
Our pediatricians promote breastfeeding and can identify and problem-solve breastfeeding concerns in mothers and babies. We observe your breastfeeding method and make recommendations for both mother and baby to support sustained breastfeeding. We encourage soon-to-be parents to schedule a free prenatal visit to meet with our pediatricians. This visit will allow parents to get to know us and our care philosophy. You can also tour our office and ask any questions regarding birth and what to expect after delivery or adoption.
