If you have questions or concerns about the quality of care that you or a family member received, let your nurse or the unit’s nursing supervisor know. If that does not resolve your issue, you have the right as a patient to file a formal complaint (grievance).

Our spiritual care team supports the emotional and spiritual needs of patients and their families. Visitors of all faiths are also welcome in the chapel, located in the hospital’s main lobby.
