As a trusted community hospital and regional referral center, we’re here to care for you with more than 250 medical staff and 270 beds. Located in Shasta County, Mercy Medical Center Redding, serves a six-county region supporting our Northern California communities by offering comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services, including neurological and heart care, OB/GYN services and cancer care. We’re the only Level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and among the only Level II trauma centers north of Sacramento. We’re also the Shasta County Disaster Resource Center for the greater Redding area, specially trained to respond and provide emergency care.
