Your facilities are live on the CommonSpirit Patient Portal! If you don’t have an account, create one now by visiting CommonSpirit Patient Portal.

Once you have an account, you will be able to easily transition to the enhanced portal, available beginning October 31. Setting up your account now ensures a smoother transition when we launch the enhanced portal on October 31, giving you uninterrupted access to your health information.

On October 28, the original CommonSpirit Patient Portal will become read-only and most functionalities will no longer be available. However, you will still be able to view your historical health information and pay bills for care received before October 31. Your information will transfer to the enhanced CommonSpirit Patient Portal when it goes live on October 31.

If you need to connect with your care team between October 28 and when the enhanced patient portal becomes available on October 31, please call your clinic or facility.

As we transition, some scheduling features may be limited. If you need an appointment after October 31 and aren't seeing availability in your portal, please call your clinic or facility or use CommonSpirit.org.

We are launching the enhanced CommonSpirit Patient Portal on October 31, 2026 so you can better access your health information and manage your care. 

This change is an important step toward a unified patient portal for all CommonSpirit Health locations, ensuring seamless care coordination across our system, wherever you need it. 

While the patient portal you use to access your health information online is transitioning, your care is not. You will continue to receive care from the same trusted care team. 

Starting October 31, you will need to begin using the enhanced CommonSpirit Patient Portal to manage your healthcare online.

The enhanced CommonSpirit Patient Portal will include several new and improved features designed to improve efficiency, accessibility and convenience. These features will include:

• Pay your bills online: Securely view and pay your medical bills in one place through integrated bill pay.

• Save time at Urgent Care and the ER: Let us know you are on your way so we can prepare for your arrival.

• Get an appointment sooner: Join our digital waitlist to be notified if an earlier opening becomes available.

• Message your care team: More ways to stay in touch with your doctors and care team.

• Easy scheduling: Quickly book, reschedule, or cancel your appointments.

• Pharmacy access: Conveniently manage your prescriptions with our pharmacy.

• Connected care, wherever you go: Your health information is connected across all our locations, keeping your records together no matter where you go.

STEP 4: Click “Sign up with your information”

STEP 5: Follow these steps to sign up for a CommonSpirit Patient Portal account.

• Choose a username and password
