Frequently asked questions

Rehabilitation therapy helps people recover strength, movement and daily function after injury, illness or surgery. At Del E. Webb Outpatient Center’s outpatient rehabilitation center, we design therapy services to support healing, reduce pain and improve independence.

Depending on your needs, your services may include physical therapy and occupational therapy for a wide variety of patients including orthopedic, neurological and complex medical conditions.

Outpatient services are health services and medical procedures you receive in a medical center without an overnight stay. Many outpatient services are done in a few hours. At Del E. Webb Outpatient Center, we offer:

Vein problems are not always cosmetic and can worsen over time if left untreated. Our vascular specialists help relieve symptoms with minimally invasive treatments. We treat vein conditions that affect blood flow in the legs, including varicose veins, spider veins, chronic venous insufficiency, leg swelling, skin changes and venous ulcers.

An underlying circulation issue in the leg or foot often causes nonhealing wounds. These circulatory issues may be from arterial insufficiency caused by plaque buildup (atherosclerosis) or venous insufficiency caused by damaged or weakened valves.

Wound healing therapies include a variety of specialized treatments to promote faster and more complete recovery:

  • Compression therapy uses short-stretch bandages and prescription compression socks to improve circulation and heal leg wounds
  • Debridement tools and techniques remove tissue and bacteria from the wound site to promote faster healing
  • Hyperbaric oxygen therapy increases the amount of oxygen in your blood to support your body’s ability to heal
  • Offloading helps foot ulcers heal by reducing pressure on the feet with special shoes and socks

We're here to support you and your family as you embark on the rewarding journey of parenthood.

  • First Steps: We bring comfort through education and support, helping parents adjust to life with a newborn. Our specialists empower parents with safe sleeping instructions, postpartum depression support and infant care guidance.
  • Healthy Families: Receive weekly and biweekly home visits from a highly trained family support specialist. We provide regular screenings, monitor your child’s developmental milestones and answer parenting questions you may have.
  • Car Seat Safety Program: Get hands-on instruction on correctly installing your car seat and safely securing your child.

Most insurance plans cover our outpatient rehabilitation services. Del E. Webb Outpatient Center is an approved provider for Medicare and HMO Medi-Cal. We handle the admission authorization from insurance companies.
