Visitors are a valued part of our patients’ care team, and your safety is important to us. Patients are welcome to have any number of visitors from 6 a.m.–8 p.m., seven days a week, with some exceptions:

• Behavioral health: Visitation hours are from 7:30–8:30 p.m. Two visitors are permitted per patient per day

• Labor and delivery: Two adult support persons are permitted

• NICU: Two parents (or one parent and one support person) allowed. Parents must have a baby band

• ICU: No children under the age of 14 are allowed

Please wash your hands often and avoid visiting if you’re sick. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe, healing environment for all patients and families.

Yes, Glendale Memorial provides spiritual support for all faiths and spiritual traditions. 

The Glendale Memorial Hospital chapel, open 24 hours a day for all visitors and guests, serves as a quiet space for prayer, meditation and reflection. You will find it on the main corridor just north of the main lobby on the first floor.

Yes, we offer free health and wellness programs to support you and your family on your journey to better health. Topics include diabetes education, breastfeeding classes and heart health.

Educational programs and services include:

• Breastfeeding classes and support: Call our Breastfeeding Resource Center hotline at (818) 507-4191.

• Diabetes education: Programs include nutrition and diabetes in pregnancy. 

• Heart health fitness classes: Call (818) 502-2303 for hours and details.

• Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation: Call (818) 502-2303 for details about this 4–12 week program.

Glendale Memorial's Cancer Services participates in many National Cancer Institute (NCI) cooperative group trials and leading pharmaceutical and biotech-sponsored studies. Our patients living with cancer can benefit by being the first to participate in the latest trial for cancer treatments.
