At our Gilbert family medicine clinic, our providers are here to support your health at every stage. We offer annual checkups, routine screenings and physical exams for work, school and sports, making it easy to stay on top of your well-being.

Our services include:

• Bloodwork/lab services
• Chronic disease management
• Follow-up after an inpatient hospital stay
• General mental health counseling
• In-office procedures, including colposcopies, cryotherapy, biopsies and newborn circumcision
• Preventive care, including immunizations and education on diet and exercise
• Treatment for minor injuries and skin conditions
  
• Well-woman care, including obstetrics and gynecological services

You will receive an automated telephone call or text message to remind you of your appointments. Please arrive 15–30 minutes early to allow time for parking, check-in and filling out patient forms. Bring your copayment (if applicable), current medication list, insurance card and photo ID

Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment so we can reschedule you in a timely manner and offer the open slot to another patient. If you are late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule it. Multiple cancellations or failure to show will impact our ability to care for you.​
