We provide diagnostic and treatment services within our program. Imaging tests help your doctor see what’s going on inside your body. Some of those tests include:

  • Computed tomography (CT) scan
  • Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
  • Myelography (imaging of the spine and the fluid-filled space between the bones)
  • Ultrasound imaging
  • X-ray and arthrography (more detailed X-rays)

During your first appointment, your orthopedic doctor will discuss your medical history and the reason for your visit. Your doctor will ask about your symptoms, such as pain or swelling, and perform a physical exam.

Your doctor may recommend imaging tests, such as an X-ray, CT scan or MRI, to help diagnose an issue. They may also explain possible diagnoses and treatments that could help.
