At the Mary Hilton Family Health Center at St. Mary Medical Center, our board-certified doctors and nurses offer many outpatient women’s health services, including high-risk pregnancy care, pregnancy testing and prenatal tests. Our Welcome Baby program provides free postpartum support to anyone who delivers a baby at St. Mary Medical Center, including:
A hospital visit and health screening for mom and baby
Breastfeeding guidance and support
Home visits and support, up to 9 months
We provide women of all ages with gynecologic health services, including annual exams and preventive screenings.

Women have specific health needs. We offer outpatient women’s health services, including high-risk pregnancy care, pregnancy testing and prenatal tests.
We know every journey to health and wellness is different. Whether you need cost estimates, financial assistance, help paying bills or information about accepted insurance plans, we’re here to guide you and help make the process as simple and reassuring as possible.
You may benefit from bringing previous pregnancy records, ultrasound reports, genetic testing results and hospital or specialist records.
High-risk pregnancy patients should bring a full medication and supplement list, blood sugar or blood pressure logs and any recent lab results from other providers.
Your care team includes board-certified gynecologists and obstetricians, including specialists in high-risk pregnancy such as perinatologists (maternal-fetal medicine physicians).
Depending on your needs, you may also see nurse practitioners (NPs), physician assistants (PAs), sonographers, genetic counselors and care coordinators who support prenatal testing, pregnancy monitoring and follow-up. Our team works closely together to provide personalized, coordinated care for you and your baby.
At the Mary Hilton Family Health Center at St. Mary Medical Center, our nurses and board-certified doctors offer many outpatient women’s health services, including high-risk pregnancy care, pregnancy testing, prenatal tests, care for pelvic floor disorders and pelvic organ prolapse, treatment for urinary and fecal incontinence, solutions for overactive bladder and chronic or recurrent bladder infections, diagnostic urodynamics and PTNS and management of endometriosis.

The imaging center also offers free breast cancer screening and diagnostic services — through the Every Woman Counts program — to medically underserved, low-income women in California.
