The Outpatient Rehabilitation Therapy Center at St. John’s Regional Medical Center is here to support all aspects of your recovery from an illness, injury or surgery. You’ll find comprehensive rehabilitation services from a team of licensed physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists and neurological (cognitive) rehabilitation specialists.

We recognize that no two conditions are exactly alike, and no two people respond to the same therapy. We begin with a thorough evaluation to understand your unique needs and goals. Based on this, we create a personalized rehabilitation program designed to help reduce pain and improve strength, movement and independence.

Inpatient rehabilitation takes place while people are staying at the hospital or at a rehabilitation center. This type of on-site program provides daily intensive therapy and medical support following an injury, illness or surgical treatment.

Outpatient rehabilitation allows patients to receive therapy during scheduled visits while continuing to live at home. Both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs focus on helping you regain function and independence.
