At Dignity Health Medical Group Women’s Services – Gilbert, we offer consultations for patients considering hysterectomies and provide treatment for a full range of gynecological conditions that affect women’s health. Our care includes conditions that impact reproductive organs, such as:

You will receive an automated call or text to remind you of your appointment. Please arrive 15 to 30 minutes early to allow time for parking, check-in and completing patient forms. Remember to bring your current medication list, insurance card, photo ID and copayment if applicable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. This allows us to offer the open slot to another patient and reschedule your visit promptly.

If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule. Please note that repeated cancellations or missed appointments may affect your future scheduling options.
