Our admitting team is here to help with your hospital stay or outpatient visit. Offices are near the main entrances and open Monday–Friday, 5:15 a.m.–4:30 p.m. After hours or weekends, please check in at the emergency department admitting office. For convenience, you can preregister online for hospital visits, YRMG physician clinics or diagnostic/treatment centers through the secure YRMC CareConnect patient portal. Use your computer or mobile device to confirm appointments, update personal/insurance details, and complete required forms before your visit.
The gift shop is located near the main entrance. It is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.–4 p.m. You may also order a gift for your loved one online and have it delivered to their hospital room. Call (928) 7710-5592 for more information.
The cafeteria is open seven days a week from 6:30 a.m.–2 p.m. Breakfast is served from 7 a.m.–9:45 a.m. while lunch is available from 11 a.m.–1:45 p.m. You may also purchase food and beverages 24/7 at our micro market. The micro market only accepts credit cards.
Visitors are an important part of healing. To keep patients safe, all visitors are screened for illness, provided masks and must follow infection-prevention guidelines. After 8 p.m., enter through the emergency department. Please keep visits brief, respect patient privacy and use public restrooms.
Food is only allowed with physician approval
Flowers are permitted except in intensive or critical care units
Children must be supervised at all times and should not visit if sick

Yes. Spiritual care and comfort are offered to all patients, their families and friends according to their beliefs and preferences.
A chaplain is available for emergencies and special requests 24 hours a day. In an emergency, your caregiver can call a chaplain, your pastor, priest, rabbi or other faith leader at your request. If you want to see a chaplain and there is no emergency, please tell your nurse or leave a message at the nurses’ station.
The chaplain’s office and the chapel are located next to the main entrance.
